After years of being with one agent saying I needed to move my policies to another company, I met Monique and she is so personable. I told her I had been looking for another agent and she told me to give her a call and months later I decided to call her for a quote. She and Jason are personable and AMAZING to work with! She walked me though all the steps needed to obtain my new policies and is truly a person that cares about her customers. Fassbender gave me a better quote with more coverage than I had with my old company and she even found an error in my old policy and has helped me to rectify it.
